Icing cakes takes the biscuit in BC!

The cooking group are making butter icing, which they will add colours to and use to ice fairy buns.

Young Mrs Speirs is teaching us today- she us responsible for lots of the delicious baking in the church coffeeshop on West Blackhall street! We're learning from the best! (special offers for after school visitors to the coffeeshop are now on!)
