First Among Equals?
Rebecca Collins and Megan Nixon have been getting into some heated debate in Higher Modern Studies where we have been learning about the powers and constitutional position of the Prime minister. We have been discussing whether or not primus inter pares (First among equals) is a realistic expectation to make of the PM in the Cabinet. Today, we have been asking the questions -can the power of the PM be measured? should the PM have more or less power?
